[mrtg] converting MIBs into usable OIDs

Now I may be just stupid and lazy, but is there anyway way to convert a
crytpic mib file into useful OIDs?  Like a MIB to OID parsing script that
gives an OID and a brief description of the information it containts?

Something like this:
