[mrtg] Experienced users and newbies ...

Please help me to create a FAQ.  It does cover *some* items, it will
never cover *all* items but it sure should be able to cover *most* of
the hot issues the average user encounters.

For me, it is not easy to "see" what problems are most common.  That's
where you may be able to help.  I worked my way through a few hundred
messages on the list but I'm sure I missed some of the hot items.

Please don't get disappointed by the layout (or rather the lack of it).
As this page needs to be fast and informative, I didn't bother to make
it look nice.  If you're allergic to text only sites, stop reading now.
