[mrtg] question

I want to install the MRTG on my NT server.
I followed what wrote by Steve Pierce named 
"The Window NT Guide to MRTG",
but failed on exec the command as 
"perl cfgmaker ****@ipaddress > mrtg.cfg"under
the MRTG folder, it returned the error message as 
"Can't open ****@ipaddress: No such file or directory".
i am sure that SNMP community is right and 
the ipaddress is right too.

who can tell me why and what to do ?
