[mrtg] WithPeak Target Option

I modified the .cfg for each target I am running to have the option
WithPeak[router-name]: ymw.  I executed mrtg with the new mrtg.cfg and the
only graph that was updated was the weekly.  It added two more measured
variables called Maximal 5 Minute Incoming Traffic and Maximal 5 Minute
Outgoing Traffic to the graphs but the weekly graph is the only one that
plotted the two new variables.  The monthly and yearly only have the
original inbound and outbound statistics averaged with no peaks being
plotted.  I only have approx. 2 weeks worth of data on the machine.  Would
this stop me from getting the Maximal peaks in the monthly and yearly
graphs?  Is the WithPeak option working correctly? Thanks ahead of time!!!!
