[mrtg] help: How i can make graphs from a text file with some numbers?

Hi, my name is Joao Neves.
I have installed mrtg on lixux 6.0. 
I'm brand new on mrtg, i want to know if it is possible to make some graph
of a text file with some numbers. This numbers for instance are references
to the: 
- Freemem 
- Freeswap 
- Cpu load 
- Disk usage 
- etc. 
I already have this file with this values.
