[mrtg] finding an OID from a lot of mib files

HI

How can I find a specific OID... like the serial v.35 interface for an ascend/lucent max 6096 box?

>From ascends ftp site (ftp.ascend.com/pub/Software-Releases/....) I can get all the MIB files
for that software release...

Well these files are just useless to me unless I know what I can do with them.  Would someone
please point me in the right direction here..!
