[mrtg] RunAsDaemon

Hello,..
It's been a long time since I have re-configured MRTG. My last 
version was 2.6.5

I have upgraded and noticed that I dont have to run it from cron anymore.
their is RunAsDaemon option,...

Where in the config should this go? and is there anything special I 
need to know about it??
and if the default interval is 5,...why do Ihave to specify interval:5?
