[mrtg] Problems with mrtgext.nlm v 1.03

Hello:

I am experiencing problms successfully unload the mrtgext.nlm from our
NW4.11 server w/SP6A

The NLM loaded and ran for a day without problems, but when I tried to
unload it it said:
process unloading....
blah blah exiting...... 
and then it hangs, no console prompt ever returs.

I forced down the server with Ctrl-Alt-Esc but then it abends before it
can dismount the volumes.

This server has a gig of RAM, and 500 PIII w/ 36gig Raid

Any one else seeing this?  Is this a bug??
