[mrtg] Sample Config IO Errors

I've tried implementing IO errors graphing using ifInError and
IfOuterrors, but to no avail. I seem to be misreading the instructions
or missing something. Does anyone have sample configs for monitoring
input output errors and/or collisions per packet percentage sample
config files they could send me? Thanks in advance.
