    Perhaps during the course of those 5 minutes interval, the average CPU
usage is indeed 0%...  One way to look at the CPU stats is to run the command
'top' and watch it for a while, see how high CPU usage actually is.  I have
several machines that don't report any usage at all unless I run something
rather large on it (like backing up several Gb's of data)...and even then, it's
a low percentage...

    Of course there's also the possibility that your MIB isn't correct, but
that, I don't know.
