[mrtg] Trouble monitoring cisco local director

I'm trying to monitor a cisco local director with mrtg and have experienced
some peculiar behavior.  with the following configuration file i never get
any data - as shown in the log file.  The oid string was found through a
snmp utility that showed all available oids.  The oid below to map to the #
of connections to a virtual web server @ 148.192.183.224.  I can monitor the
snmp with other utilities but mrtg doesn't seem to be calculating the change
between runs.  Does anyone have any suggestions - please help!!
