[mrtg] A problem

Hello everybody,
here is my problem . I use  a  *.cfg to create reports for bandwidth
utilization 
in % : with MRTG version 2.8.12 it works well and I get fine html-graphs ,
but with new versions 2.9.0 and 2.9.4 it doesn't. All values in the graphs
are always zero . Enclosed you can find my sema.cfg and two *.log file ( one
is with version 2.8.12 and the other one with 2.9.4 ).
