[mrtg] mrtgscheduler

i want to use mrtscheduler running on nt. but as i could see it allows only mrtg.cfg file and only that file. But i have many of .cfg files that runs for every router. And another question is, after i changed some configuration in mrtgscheduler admin window it was not changed when i opened that admin window again. what's the problem ? this program is looking good but is there any other program that runs mrtg as a service on nt other than that (i want a good program that does this, mrtgscheduler was good but ..., i don't know..
