Thanks for the suggestions.

I have applied the changes, however i have error messages stating nosuchname
with OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.13

The cfgmaker runs smoothy but crashed when running the mrtg. Does it need
any refinement to the mrtg file?

Any other suggestions.

Thanks once again.

If I understand correctly, you can just modify cfgmaker to do what you want:

In sub GenConf, modify the line "${c}Target[$name]: $ifref:$router" to say
"${c}Target[$name]: ifInDiscards&ifOutDiscards:$router". Run cfgmaker on
your router(s), set mrtg loose, and you should be good to go.
