[mrtg] GetSNMPLinesUP on NT

Hello list,

Anybody out there use GetSNMPLinesUP on an NT-box?
I can't seem to get it to run on my NT-machine.
Mrtg tells me it doesn't get a value since the script probably isn't started


or 

rateup dies cause it can't cope with the 10.10.1.1 (ip adres specified as
argument)  (GetSNMPLinesUP.pl 10.10.1.1)

Anybody any ideas?
