[mrtg] Sub interface graphing?

I didn't see this in recent posting history, or in the manuals, please 
forgive me if I ask a repeated question.

I recall the 2.8.12 version of MRTG showed Cisco sub interfaces on serial 
lines and such (EX: S1/2.2) but running the 2.9.4 config maker only seemed 
to trap the physical interface. Is there a switch for colecting my 
subinterfaces?
