[mrtg] Combining mrtg log

Dear all,

I have two mechine running MRTG but the old one is not runnning anymore for
some routers. My bos ask me for the old data to be moved to the new one but
i confuse how to combine the two log files. Because the format is not the
same way from the first to the last. And both my mechine already running for
several months.

Any idea to do this ? I hope you can help me
