Compare those two OIDs, after "1.1.2.1" there is a difference: 16 vs. 17

Maybe you try to query the wrong instance? (I don't know what
.microsoft.software.4 is and don't have the MIB)

Try to do

   snmpwalk 172.17.200.2 public .1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.4.1.1.2.1

to see which instances are available

I don't think that doing getnext would be reasonable for MRTG: You don't
know what you're monitoring.
