[mrtg] OID's problem....Access Servers / Ericsson(Tigris) and 3Com (Total Control)

I use mrtg to Monitor my T1's/E1's, 64KB, etc, etc, and my Access Servers Cisco (AS5200-AS5300) and work fine, but when I tri to use mrtg for my other's Access Servers, 3Com(Total Control's), and Ericsson(Tigris AS), it produce i.e the following ERROR for theTigris AS(same for Total Control):
