Hector,

It appears that you are trying to use a Cisco OID on non-Cisco 
devices.  Have you tried an snmpwalk to the 3com and Ericsson 
devices to see if they return the values?  Have you tried looking 
for the specific vendor MIBs versus using the Cisco OIDs?
