[mrtg] CPU Util For LINUX.

I manage to get the following OID for CPU utilisation for a LINUX machine.
.1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.11.9.0

Which translates into 
enterprises.ucdavis.systemStats.ssCpuUser.0

My question if this the OID for Utilisation for what sort of period is it (1
minutes, 5minutes,etc?)
