Really?  I've used the mib for CPU from the site and it seems to be
a very good indication of what is going on.  Do you use the 
processor counter instead?

Go to this website.  This will give you the information you will need.  As
far as monitoring CPU on NT boxes,  the snmp mib for the CPU does not work
well.  I've tried monitoring dual CPUs and a single CPU and the graphing is
way off.
