Yes, I ran into this. You must include a "snmp-server host" statment in the 
LD:

My config:
snmp-server host 10.10.2.109
snmp-server enable traps
snmp-server community public
no snmp-server contact
no snmp-server location

Also, the Local Director MIBs are hard to find.
