Hi,
In the file that I have it says only 'percentages of user CPU time' no time
was mentionned. Does it says anything in the files you are using.

Actually, I had sort of a similar question. You're best bet is to go
strait to the MIB file. On my linux machine it's in
/usr/share/snmp/mibs/UCD-SNMP-MIB.txt just keep searching for CPU and
you'll find the relevent details for each aspect of it. We've got 1min.,
5min and 15min. load.
