Connectivity is OK. Community string is OK. It therefore has to be
the OID that should be investigated.
I do not know the PIX so I can only give you some general tips:
- Consult the cisco web site and check that the PIX supports this OID
- try using snmpwalk (available all around the net) and walk the OID.
this is the 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.57 part. Perhaps you are using
an OID that is correct, without specifying the correct instance
example:
[alex at home ~]$ snmpwalk router public .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.1.57
enterprises.Cisco.2.1.57.0 = 10
In my case, 0 is the right instance to use.
