Please define 'seems not to function'.

Is your router a Cisco router? This is a cisco enterprise OID.
What happens when you do an snmpget against this box with these OIDs?
Can you run mrtg against this confg from the command line?
If not, what errors do you get?
Have you checked the cron log for errors?
Do your mrtg .log files have numbers in them or just 0s?
Do you have numbers in your mrtg .log files and your graphs just aren't
updating?

There are a lot of things that can cause mrtg not to function like you're
expecting. :)
