OK, some more last minute issues ... get the lastes and greatest
mrtg from the website ...

 - do not threshold check if cuin or cuout is undef
 - join continuation lines with newline
 - moved End MRTG Block coment to the right place
 - allow forks: 1 but ignore it ...
