[mrtg] cfgmaker_phys query

To all
   I'm trying to avoid the problem about index mrtg by using
'cfgmaker_phys' to convert to physical address. There is a 
problem with getting convert from Serial interface. Anyone
has any suggestions

   ERROR at target line: Target[anode]: 27:public at router
   No Physical Address associated with interface "27", not converting.
   ERROR at target line: Target[bnode]: 28:public at router
   No Physical Address associated with interface "28", not converting.
