Sorry if this comes through twice, I am having a small disagreement with my
mail program this morning.

This is a great idea, but why wait for it to be implemented?  Alter cfgmaker
to do this now.  For example, my cfgmaker adds in a target section for the
external cpu script I use for each router.  It also checks the model # (we
use exclusively cisco equipment) and if it's a 7513, it adds in a section
for temperature monitoring.  This is the beauty of open source software:
there's no "Oh, we're implementing that in the _next_ version.  Sorry, you
will have to wait." ;)
