[mrtg] Big Big Problem

Hello Everybody!!

I have a big problem i am using mrtg 2.9 and i trie to run as script in mrtg
like that:

Target[pop]:`telnet myserver.hello.com 3456 | tail - 4`


Result:
87
34
0
0

When i run this script manually it works perfect.

Now i put this script to run with the crontabs, but when the crontab start
to run this script, the result is that:

The log file is corrupt and when i look in the logfile i see the entry like
that:

971713515 Trying 194.242.192.2... Connected to myserver.hello.com.

Can someone help me fix this problem?
