[mrtg] Thresh Hold line still not appearing

Thanks for the information on getting a thresh hold line on my chart,
Somewhere I must have missed the boat. Here is the config yet the Thresh
hold line doesn't show up on the chart, I have both the Abs and Max llisted
but have done something wrong.
