All Cisco MIBs can be found in: http://www.cisco.com/public/mibs

The 3600's have temps that are a 3 stage, OK, WARNING, CRITICAL set.
The 4xxx's may do the same.
The 72xx's for sure guve inlet and outlet temps.

Try a "show env" on the console of the router. If it shows you the
temperatures, then you can probably get them via SNMP.

Sorry I don't have the URL, and I am by no means positive that I am
correct, but you may want to make sure.
If I am wrong, you may be able to set up an application that telnet's to
the router and issues the proper command, and parses the return.

temp oid's are (typically):
inlet: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.3.1.3.1
oxhaust: 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.3.1.3.3
