[mrtg] rrdtool-timezone-14all

Hi, 

Anybody successfully using the Timezone function in the cfg file with
RRDTOOL as database and 14all.cgi as frontend ? I am using NT and cannot get
correct graphs out of it, the database gives the correct timezone, but 14all
reports system time for all graphs.
