[mrtg] Anyone using "Whodo" to monitor ip accounting traffic in a Cisco?

I just can't seem to get this thing to add up...

I have a maxed out link - it runs at 512kbps all day - so I want to see what's using the most traffic.

I switched on ip accounting in the router, plenty of memory none of the accounting info is being 'lost', run the whodo script every half an hour and it tells me 'miscellaneous' is averaging 12kbps...

Where's the other 500kbps going?? :)

Anyone have any tips on getting accurate figures out of whodo?
