[mrtg] Problem with indexmaker

I try to use indexmaker but it returns me the following error :

"Can't use string ("xxxxxxxxx") as a SCALAR ref while "stricts refs" in use
at ./indexmaker line 205.

I don't understand this message. Could anybody help me please ?
