[mrtg] Shameless plug

Hi,

There's some new content on the faq.  It talks about the consolidation
and interpolation done by MRTG.

Comments are welcome, spelling errors, content errors, suggestions etc.

I know it is not finished and that it contains a forward reference to
snmpget which is not there yet.  Please be patient, it will follow.
