[mrtg] Interface Index Independence Day ;)

Hi.
	I've modified mrtg to implement the new syntax for /A.A.A.A , and well,
here is the diff.
	How to apply the diff:

		cd run-dir (the directory which contains mrtg, and the perl libs)
		cp mrtg mrtg.old
		patch -p0 < /path-to-my-patch/mrtg.oid-patch

	After that, you can say something like:

	Target[blah]:
.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.113.1.2.1.1.2/192.168.1.1/1.1&.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.113.1.2.1.1.
4/192.168.1.1/1.1

which is equiv. with:

	Target[blah]:
.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.113.1.2.1.1.2.X.1.1&.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.113.1.2.1.1.4.X.1.1

Where X is the corresponding interface index for the interface with IP
address equal to 192.168.1.1
