80th Percentile: 865.4K
95th Percentile: 1490.4K
99th Percentile: 1505.4K
Maximum: 1508K
As they explained it to me, the 95 Percentile is the daily average (input,
output).
I will follow all suggestions and I hope that somehow, the results will
become closer.

Make sure that both of you are measuring in the same increments Kb vs B vs
KB vs b etc.
If you are sure of that, then it has been my experience that my stuff has
always been more accurate, the best thing to do is sit down with your ISP
and see how each of you are monitoring.
Is this a point to point or a frame-relay interface. If it is a Frame
connection then maybe he is monitoring the whole frame and not your dlci.
