- From my expierence with UUnet's 95th percentile, it NEVER evens out until
the end of the month. You only have 5 days of usage there, so it's no
doubt that the 95th percentile is far higher than it will be at the end of
the month. I'm not quite sure how to explain it, but don't worry. :)
