[mrtg] rrdtool newbie

Trying to convert to RRD tool using the guide at
http://ee-staff.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/mrtg/mrtg-rrd.html.

I have added the PathAdd and LibAdd to configmaker and generated a new
config with these  statements in the beginning of the file.  But when I run
c:\perl\bin\perl c:\mrtg-2.9.10\bin\mrtg c:\mrtg-2.9.10\bin\wcgdc2srvr1.cfg
you can see what happens in the screenshot attached.  Any ideas?
