Thats a really tall order....

To get a complete list, is almost impossible..  Every device that has SNMP
capabilities has variables..  every model in a device family usually has
different oid options...

I would learn a little about how SNMP works and then start looking at the
MIB files for easy device, once you can read those files, your options are
almost endless.  There are some good books out there on SNMP, and some bad
ones.. find the ones that work for you.
