Alex,

Thank you for the time you put into this service. It is a great help to not 
only newbies but to us oldies as well. Maintaining a FAQ is a lot of work 
and you have other things you could be doing. But thanks to your effort, 
many are helped get answers more quickly than they could have if they even 
picked up the phone. You have also saved unknown countless repeat messages 
on the list and that has saved ME time.

Thank you for your dedication to this task.
