[mrtg] get-active2.pl

I have modify the get-active2.pl perl script to run under NT.  I have
include the script with this e-mail.  I tried to reach the author but my
mail got rejected.

I'm working on extensive modification to this script to build a flat file
that I will use with other perl scripts.
