Seems to me it should be:
Target[traffic-balance]:
 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.10.3&1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.10.5:public at router1 +
 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.10.5&1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.10.3:public at router2

Otherwise, you'd have a single line that was the sum of the two interfaces.
