(I'll assume this is all on one long line.)

Looking good.  You are sure that ...1.10.5 returns zero.  Did
you also check ....2.1.10.3 on both routers?

What does the log file tell you ? 

Does it work properly when using snmpget?

Have you considered using the external program interface?
