Hi
make sure you have a working mrtgkick.cmd in C:\mrtg-2.9.10\bin\
a working mrtgkick.cmd would look like this  --

rem start of mrtgkick.cmd
c:\perl\bin\perl C:\mrtg-2.9.10\bin\mrtg C:\mrtg-2.9.10\bin\pmrtg.cfg
rem
rem end of file

then just run / double click on the install.cmd
or if thats already done just
cd to the contrib / ntserves dir or where ever you have it
START 5mrtg.Reg
COPY /Y 5mrtg.Exe C:\System32
C:
CD C:\System32
5mrtg.Exe -install
NET START mrtg5

( this is straight out of the install.cmd file )

you will see an mrtg entry in services ( control panel )
if you make any changes to your mrtgkick.cmd file you will need to stop and
start the service
