[mrtg] Re: MRTG, rrdtool, routers.cgi and DS3

Well for whatever reason Luis knows what he's talking about.  That fix
worked.
Not sure why, as Alex stated, this should be no different than uncommenting
the interface in the MRTG conf file for the router.
