[mrtg] send mail when Threshold Q

Dear All

I would like to ask a Ques in the send mail Threshold issue,
is it sending mails through all the time the threshold boundery is crossed,
or it send one mail in the boundery cross moment only and another when it back inside the threshold boundery ?
