Actually, this whole document is very interesting. It's full title is "Basic 
Dial NMS Implementation Guide" and is located at: 
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/cisintwk/intsolns/dialnms/index.htm 
(CCO login NOT required).

It basically tells someone how to setup a free Network Management System 
from scratch. It also has some good basic teaching about SNMP in addition to 
useful dial OIDs.
