[mrtg] thresholds and Batch files

I seem to be having a problem finding the batch file that allows the
threshold to kick in and either email me or page me
I am in a windows environment
but I am looking for 
ThreshProgI (PER TARGET)
and 
ThreshProg0
 
i think that is what I am looking for
